Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of appointments booked could be done at any given point of time before the actual consultantion starts.
- Cancellation will not be entertained after the consultation starts.
- Cancellation of appointments up to 12 hours prior to the consultation is free. But afterwards a cancellation fee would be charged, which will be 5% of the total order value (including payment gateway charges).
- Medilipse at any point of time reserves the complete right to cancel your booking without any prior information.
- Refunds are exclusive of payment gateway charges, platform fees etc.
- Complete refund will be made only when the cancellation process of the appointment is initiated before the consultation starts.
- Refunds can take from 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
- For emergency purposes please contact to our customer service team and they will guide you through the process.
